Lainey Young is at Northbrook Academy and is currently in her senior year. She has a boyfriend, Carter Penrose, and she's worried about her classes, college and boyfriend. She's also worried about the vision that she saw at the end of last year of her impending death which she has to find a way to change before it's too late. Will she be able to save herself at all, or will she end up dying and be able to do nothing at all?

Opinion:

Second Thoughts is an okay book. It had a good plot and a good storyline, but it just wasn't something that I was completely interested in. I was able to guess and predict what happened next in the story. It was too simple and easy and wasn't very mysterious enough to me for me to love the book. I would recomend it to someone if they are into the paranormal romance, but to me it wasn't really the best book ever.
