Jolan was an amazing girl. She was the best swimmer, most beautiful girl, and the kindest heart of anyone around her. Her family is extremly poor but her brother and Jolan are always doing something to help their family. All seems perfect until Jolan started to get strange dreams and weird encounters. She starts to think she is crazy until she meets the prince. He is like a real life prince charming; he cares about her and wants whats best for her. With their romance budding secrets unfold, pasts reveal themselves, and magic like none in hundreds of years reemerges.

Opinion:

I found this book to be boring because it never picked up the pace. There were one or two points with a little bit suspense or intrigue, but it only lasted a page or two. The tone came off monotone, and I wanted to skip parts. I wouldn’t recommend this book to anyone who likes action or fast paced books. It was hard to keep track of who was talking or thinking because the point of view was contantly changing. That made it difficult to keep track of the story.
