2:32am is a story about a 16 year old girl who recently moved from Colorado to the Savanna with her family. While sleeping she has a strange dream about a middle aged man, a childhood friend and a women with black Cleopatra-styled hair. She ends up meeting her childhood friend that same day and feels an ominous vibe. Beside the dreams she finds her routine in school, makes a couple of friends and even ends up with a boyfriend. But a handsome young man starts invading her dreams making her start having unwanted feelings for him. When she confirms that she's starting to see the people from her dreams in real life she fears for her sanity. Her dreams start to become more constant when she is told a shocking truth that the middle aged man from her dreams is actually a genie.

Opinion:

2:32am was a very interesting book to read. But there are two things that I did not like about it. The first is that I felt that the build up to everything took too long. And the second is that there are some missing quotation marks in the text.

A few things I did like about it were how the characters were so well written that one could became attached or even empathize with them. Another part was how creative and new this story was.

Even though I did not care much for the book, I would recommend this to others for its creative story line and for creating deep attachments to the characters.

There is only a smidgen of cursing in the book but a lot of sexual tension. There is a part with nudity and implied sex.
