LitPick Image Use Policy

LitPick Book Reviews has established the following set of specifications for proper use of the LitPick Book Reviews Awards and LitPick Book Reviews logos, banners, badges, and seals - hereinafter referred to as “images”.

The LitPick logo is available to everyone for use on their websites, blogs, and social media pages to reference and link to LitPick. 

LitPick Book Reviews' award images are made available to recipients of LitPick Book Reviews' Five Star Book Review Award, Top Choice Book Review Award, and LitPick Featured Authors interviewees - hereinafter referred to as “licensee”.   

Only those licensees who are either registered users of LitPick Book Reviews or who have been honored to have received one of the above LitPick awards or recognitions may use images on product packaging, marketing collateral, websites, documentation, and advertising for as long as the approved product, service or website remains unchanged. Licensee's company name, logo, or product name must appear on any materials where LitPick Student Book Reviews images are used.  In the case of placement on a website, images must link back to LitPick, either the LitPick book page, review page, author page, or home page.

Licensee may not a) use the images in any advertising or promotion which represents LitPick Book Reviews in a negative light, or may mislead the public as to the intended purpose of the seal, or falsely represents a non-approved product, service or website; b) use the images in any manner that expresses or might imply LitPick Student Book Reviews affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or approval other than as intended by the LitPick programs; c) use the images in a manner that might suggest co-branding or otherwise create potential confusion as to the source of the product or ownership of the images; d) except for resizing, alter the images in any manner, including proportions, colors, elements, etc., or animated, morphed, or otherwise distorted in perspective or dimensional appearance; e) assign, share, sell or distribute images.

If you wish to recreate, print or manufacture award stickers or embossed seals using our image, please contact us for written approval.

LitPick Book Reviews reserves the right to change image designs at anytime without notice; and change specifications of this Image Use Policy at anytime without notice.
